Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the uninstalled shaft in its original protective packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship to Our Facility

Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the golf shaft.

Inspection and Refund
